3-DAY BARRE TEACHER TRAINING
Barre Teacher Training offers a comprehensive educational foundation to begin your journey teaching Barre. The training is inclusive of in-depth exploration of positions and poses, class structure & flow, effective cueing, harnessing your creativity, safety and strength in alignment, and practice teaching. We will cover all classes offered; Barre Fusion, Barre Sculpt & standard Barre.

- Thursday, November 14th - 5:30-8:30p
- Friday, November 15th - 5:30-8:30p
- Saturday, November 16th At-Home Practice Day
- Sunday, November 17th - 10:30a-4:30p
