Meditation, or Dhyana, is the seventh limb of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga—a practice that invites us into deep stillness and inward connection. Meditation is where those efforts begin to coalesce into spacious awareness. It is not merely about techniques or experiences; it is about cultivating a relationship with presence, clarity, and the quiet wisdom that arises when we truly listen within.
Dhyana = “meditative absorption”
Meditation is not an escape from the world, but as a pathway into the heart of it. It is here that we meet ourselves honestly, gently, and without distraction. Meditation invites us to sit with what is—to hold space for stillness, silence, and the movement of grace.
This session is offered 100% online with pre-recorded lectures and guided meditations.

Course Reviews
I found this course to be very enlightening. Meditation is not something that I usually make time for. It was great for me to practice meditation each day for the length of this course. I found that I thoroughly enjoy it and found a lot of benefits from practicing daily. I look forward to growing my practice and seeing where it takes me!
This course allowed me to deepen my knowledge regarding meditation, as well as enhance my personal meditation practice. With the use of the lectures and meditation practices, I was able to grasp a thorough understanding of different types of meditation, including: nidra, zen meditation, cord cutting, among others. My favorite aspect was going though and practicing the individual meditations.
