Yoga Study: Meditation supports a journey through the self.  Meditation is widely known as one of our most powerful self-care practices.  Health care providers across the globe are actively promoting meditation as an effective technique to assist in coping with stress, anxiety, and low vibrancy / energy.  Through meditation, it is proven we can re-wire the brain to relate to our worldly experiences in a new light.  Condition the mind to be less distracted, more calm, and more connected.  Enroll now!

In this course, we explore several meditation techniques with a combination of informational lecture and guided meditations.  Course expansion also includes education and experiential application on the topics of mindfulness, Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), and Dhyana (meditative absorption) - the fifth, sixth, and seventh limbs of yoga.

This session is offered 100% online with pre-recorded lectures and guided meditations.  There is also ample opportunity to connect with your teacher and ask real-time questions as you explore your meditation practice.

Yoga Study: Meditation is offered under our Yoga Study program.  This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification.
