Yoga Study: Asana / Postures is offered under our Yoga Study program. This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification.
In the study of postures, we expand our knowledge on alignment, engagement, and methods for adding depth to our physical practice. This module will be FULL of ah-ha moments and opportunity to reset your physical asana practice with a healthy, safe, and strong foundation. Over the course of the series, approximately 80 postures are explored in great detail. Familiarize with the third limb of yoga and its purpose.
Class sessions are physical in nature. Please bring your yoga mat, a note book, your manual, and wear layers or comfortable clothing. We will be in the non-heated studio (Studio 2; 70-72 degrees) Sessions are offered in-studio with a limited capacity.
1 session can be missed but made up by notifying a "note buddy" PRIOR to missed session. Your note buddy will collect information from postures reviewed within the session and homework is still due based on notes shared.
