Student Course Reviews
I found the greatest value in truly understanding how our bodies work to sustain us. As I practice Asana now, I find myself within the joints, the muscles, the skeletal structure, picturing how the oxygen moves through the body, or how the neurons fire to create sensation, how the joints move and open to support us, or how each system is working and being impacted by a posture. It's truly incredible to understand all that which is happening within such an intricate and intentional design of the body. I thoroughly enjoyed the lectures and am so grateful for the depth of information the providers offered. I found it fascinating and pertinent to understanding our bodies. - C. |
I feel like the whole thing was so informative; not only for the yoga track but personally. I received knowledge above and beyond what I expected to get with this course. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and look forward to using this new knowledge with whomever will receive it. - J. |
