Yoga Study: Yoga Philosophy is offered under our Yoga Study program. This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification.
The Yoga Philosophy & Ethics course explores the philosophy of an eight limbed yoga practice inclusive of off-the-mat application of our studies. Of the modules, the Yoga Philosophy module is most rooted in soul-work. The student is taken on a journey through the self while weaving in the tenets of yoga. We intimately explore the yamas and niyamas (the first and second limbs of yoga) with modern application to assist in building a more intimate observational relationship with our profound complexities in both the inner and outer world. Course focus areas: ethics, inner work, ancient yogic texts, application of yoga in householder yogi lifestyle, personal development, living your yoga.
This course has five required books (not included) that must be read before the designated course dates for that content.
No refunds.
