PhilosophyThe Yoga Philosophy course explores the philosophy of an eight limbed yoga practice inclusive of off-the-mat application of our studies. Of the modules, the Yoga Philosophy module is most rooted in soul-work. The student is taken on a journey through the self while weaving in the tenets of yoga.

YOGA ALCHEMY
Course begins November 16th Yoga Alchemy holds focus on the intelligent system of yoga. The 8 limbs are explored in totality as well as in magnification of their service and purpose. Yoga Alchemy deepens relationship with the core tenets of the yoga sutras, elevating frequency for living your yoga in highest potential, and integration of mindfulness in transformative practice. Amy Erickson & Nick Orser will be guiding your off-the-mat experience in this 4-session series.

YAMAS & NIYAMAS
Course begins January 4th Yamas & Niyamas is intimately focused on the first and second limbs of yoga. A fresh take on this offering guides us into dharma talk / lecture-based exploration paired with experiential exercises to deepen your relationship with the restraints and observances of your practice. The journey through the yamas and niyamas guides to an inner realm of complexity which much to unpack and witness. While each session is open to personal reflection and group discussion, much of this added function of relationship building is guided to supported personal reflections as you progress through the course.
