Yoga Study: Yoga Philosophy is offered under our Yoga Study program. This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification program.
The Yoga Philosophy & Ethics course explores the philosophy of an eight limbed yoga practice inclusive of off-the-mat application of our studies. Of the modules, the Yoga Philosophy module is most rooted in soul-work. The student is taken on a journey through the self while weaving in the tenets of yoga.
