PhilosophyThe Yoga Philosophy course explores the philosophy of an eight limbed yoga practice inclusive of off-the-mat application of our studies. Of the modules, the Yoga Philosophy module is most rooted in soul-work. The student is taken on a journey through the self while weaving in the tenets of yoga.
30 hours of Philosophy are required for RYT200 course-track students.
Yoga Study students may book all five Philosophy sessions at the same time for a total cost of $250. You may also book the courses individually for the ala carte price on your own accord (no adjustments will be offered if you eventually opt in to all sessions).
