Yoga Study: Pranayama is offered under our Yoga Study program. This course can be taken solo or as part of the yoga teacher training certification.
In this module, we get acquainted with and practice methods of breath control while awakening prana life-force energy. The practice of breath control can be utilized during meditation, asana practice, as well as in our off the mat practice. Learn to cleanse, empower, and enliven your energetic body. Breath control and breath connection are powerful tools to utilize in times of stress, anxiety, disconnect, lethargy, etc and when implemented, serve to reset and re-align our focus and energy.
Inhale + exhale doesn't need to be complicated, but magic happens when we learn to nourish our higher self continuously throughout every day with our #1 essential... oxygen.
