Yoga Classes
CANDLELIGHT FLOW / SUNSET FLOW [name dependent on season] ❎🔥→ Flow under the glow of candlelight or the luminous sunset through the stained glass windows! Candlelight/Sunset Flow is a slower flowing hatha class accessible to practitioners with basic yoga experience. Release your week and fuel your inner flame.
FLOW ❎❎🔥→ Flow is rooted in the connection of Vinyasa styled instruction - breath and movement. Flow through a series of heat building movements as you cultivate the connection to prana. Demonstrations and verbal cues are provided. This class is best for practitioners with basic yoga asana knowledge but is open to everyone. FLOW TO SLOW ❎🔥→ This class offers a wonderful mix of yin and yang, peace and power. We stimulate meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow. The first half of class focuses on strength and movement (Vinyasa Flow or Yang) and the second half of class focuses on deep stretches in fascia (Yin). This is an excellent class for athletes or anyone looking to find deep release. Absolute beginner to advanced levels are welcome!
FOAM ROLLER YOGA ❎❄️→ Foam Roller Yoga is designed to use the 36 inch foam roller prop as a fascial conditioning, core stabilizing, and stretch tool. Class will include standard yoga postures and consistent breath work with use of the roller throughout, providing greater health to the mind + body. Would you like to feel better and move more freely? New and consistent practitioners welcome!
HIPS & HAMMIES ❎🔥→ Hips & Hammies Flow is slower flowing class that is intended for students who feel tight in the lower body or have a supplemental (or primary) form of activity outside of yoga. In this class, we target areas that routinely experience tightness during exercise to assist in supporting your peak performance. Come flow, s t r e t c h , and strengthen. This class is open to students with little to no experience with yoga. Come as you are and enjoy!
LUNAR FLOW ❎❄️→ Subtle and mellow. This class is accessible to beginners and grounding for those with more experience. Slower flow, deeper poses, and sustained breath.
MINDFUL FLOW ❎🔥→ Classes are always intended to be MINDFUL, but let's slow down a bit and be intentional with every movement and breath. This class is accessible to new students and a centering class for those with more experience. Awaken the body with a juicy flow, stretch it out, and be mindful.
MIDWEEK REST & RESET ❎🔥→ Midweek Rest & Reset invites a physical and mental reset into your week. Expect a calming practice that brings intentional movement, and mindful resting postures with lots of extra hands-on assists with long holds, and restorative, restful postures, with an array of optional rotating props including bolsters, cold stones, lavender eye bags, and more.
POWER FLOW ❎❎❎🔥→ Power Flow provides added challenge to your Vinyasa practice! Expect a faster pace, keeping strong focus on breath linked to movement, and more POWER as you flow. We invite the use of light free weights, and other props throughout the practice. Some yoga experience is recommended but all are welcome!
REST & RESTORATIVE ❎❄️→ Rest & Restorative Yoga puts the R&R into your day. Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that puts the muscles at ease as we gently work into the fascia. The practice will be experienced in low lying positions, working to the majority of time lying down.
SLOW FLOW ❎🔥❄️→ This class focuses on long holds and focused breath work. Slow it down, steady your stance, link your breath, and SWEAT it out.
STRONG & STEADY ❎❎🔥→ Strong & Steady keeps the power in the class while mindfully connecting your inner strength to each posture. Expect longer holds, physical challenge, and mental empowerment.
YIN & REIKI ❎❄️→ Yin & Reiki is a joyful combination of stretching it out and inviting ease and openness into the body. This class focuses on deep stretches of the fascia and connective tissue. Flexibility is NOT a prerequisite. The selected postures and combination of energetic support assist in relieving stress, building joint strength, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and the flow of energy.

Barre Classes
BARRE ❎❎🔥❄️→ Barre classes use a combination of postures to tone, lengthen, and strengthen the entire body. The majority of time is spent at the barre embracing those fabulous barre shakes! Class moves through dedicated core work to awaken the body and build strength from the foundation, booty burning leg work, as well as a focus on arms & shoulders with the aid of free weights.
BARRE SCULPT ❎❎❎🔥→ Barre with a little extra upper body work. Barre Sculpt incorporates light free weights throughout class. Tone, Lengthen, and strengthen the whole body!
BARRE FUSION ❎❎❎🔥→ Barre Fusion is a fun play on our standard Barre class. While Barre Fusion also has sequences at the barre, many of the class movements are away from the barre. Expect an effective mix of body weight, body resistance, and light free weights to create a full body sculpting class.

LITTLE YOGI & ME ❎❄️→ Yoga for minis! Moms & Dads, bring your little ones and let's have some fun! Little Yogi & Me classes make for a fun family outing that incorporates fitness, movement, and education for everyone!
RESTORATIVE YOGA ❎❄️→ Restorative Yoga creates a relaxation response in the nervous system. This class is designed to create a pleasurable, peaceful and rejuvenated state of mind, body and spirit. Participants will be guided into four to five restorative yoga poses while resting on the back or side. Poses are fully supported by props and are practiced passively for 10 to 15 minutes each. This class is accessible to all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Comfortable layered clothes (yes, even pajamas!) and socks are encouraged.

YOGA NIDRA ❎❄️→ Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that takes you on a journey through your body. Yoga Nidra guides students to a liminal space between wakefulness and sleeping. This practice is often deeply restorative and rejuvenating. Systems are reset and brought back online in a systematic way. This practice is experienced lying down.
