Yoga Study: Teaching Methodology This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification.
The Teaching Methodology course supports teachers and teachers-in-training in crossing the threshold into becoming a (more) well-rounded teacher. Yoga is an incredible practice… with many considerations, ‘moving’ parts, and aspects to consider when designing the student experience. In this course, you will learn the fine art (and structure) of cueing, methods for intelligent sequencing, observance and practice in teacher presence, methods for developing themes and purpose in your classes, hands-on assists, the business of yoga, as well as receive personalized guidance in enhancing your teaching presence. Please note, this course also has weekly homework. Please allow for 2-4 hours of study and practice time each week outside of in-classroom time.
If you are on the 200 hour course track for certification, you may miss one class session during the module AND those hours need to be made up. Additional information will be provided on the make-up process.
No refunds.
