After selling a gift card, explain the FULL click-through and process to obtain the GC ID # and also ensure the purchasing student doesn't accidentally use the gift card they are gifting. (Hint: more information is in the SOP binder) *

IMPORTANT: DO NOT utilize the ‘Adjust Balance’ feature - ever. If I had access to take this away from your permissions, I would, but I can’t.. It’s a trap for all sorts of big errors. *
