Thank you for renting studio space at Latitude 44 Yoga Studio!

Included with your Rental
Studio props available for use: 30 bolsters, 30 wool blankets, 40 cork blocks, 8 foam rollers, 25 yoga straps, 15 yoga mats, wall-mounted barre. Equipment for live-streaming is available for an added fee.

Not Included with your Rental
Studio sound instruments - singing bowls, gong, etc - are not available for use. Staffing is not included nor is reservation management, event fee collection (if applicable), or insurance coverage for your class.

RENTAL CHANGES: You may change your reservation with a 48 hour notice to a new time or date (subject to availability). Room Rental deposit becomes an account credit to be utilized for future room rental or services at Latitude 44 Yoga Studio. *

RENTAL TIME: We request that your rental window encompass both set-up and clean-up time. Your rental time notes the time you are arriving and the time you are leaving. Additional time will be charged at $20 per 30 minutes. *

SESSION MANAGEMENT: You are responsible for all payment collection, guest arrivals, guest inquiries, guest waivers, liability, returns, etc. Your room rental includes the space and no administrative support. *

RESTRICTED ITEMS: Alcohol, food items, and glitter are not permitted in the studio space. Shoes are also prohibited and must be left in the designated area. *

DAMAGE INCURRED: In case of any damage to studio or studio property, the renting party will be charged to repair or replace the damaged item via the original method of payment. *

CLEAN-UP: We request the studio space and all items/props/property are left in their original condition. Please return all props to their proper storage locations. Basic cleaning items are available on-site if needed for clean-up after your event. Appropriate administrative fee will be applied if our staff is required to clean beyond standard use following your event. *
