Meditation: Week 5
Yoga Nidra
Before beginning this recording, please come to lie down on the floor. Support the body with a yoga mat and 1-2 blankets. Place a pillow under the head and also under the knees (if desired. I also recommend having a little cushion underneath of the heels. Place a blanket over the body as it is likely you will become chilled during this meditation. If you have an eye bag/pillow, this may also be helpful.
