So you're thinking about starting yoga... now what?
Yoga isn't as scary as it may seem. In fact, it's not scary at all. You do not need to be a specific shape or size and you don't even need to touch your toes (we promise!). You have probably heard it before, but yoga truly is for everybody and every body. The biggest hurdle is getting yourself in the door to start the journey. Once you do that, you will be so happy you made the step to explore your practice.
We recommend starting with any of the following classes:

Tips for class:
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to class. This allows you time to get situated and decompress a bit before class starts. If it's your first time to the studio, we will give you a tour and show you a few things.
- During class, don't be concerned with what the other students are doing or how you think you look. You are doing great! And no one else is watching you anyway.
- If you are attending a heated class, plan to sweat. A lot. Embrace it! You are detoxing and letting stagnation exit the body. Your hand and mat towels will be key for an enjoyable practice. These are for sale at the studio or you can find them online. We recommend microfiber towels.
