Welcome to Latitude 44 Yoga Studio - Eau Claire's home for hot yoga since 2015! Enjoy a mindful curation of YOGA, BARRE, and FITNESS classes that are designed to promote health in body, mind, and spirit.

​Class offerings range from slow and restful to high-intensity workouts. All classes are open to the public and available for drop-in. Beginners are welcome!

MOVE

Yoga: Enjoy a yoga class in either of our two yoga rooms with one of our knowledgeable and certified yoga teachers.  Experience the difference of infrared heat (90-92°) in a hot yoga or barre class!  We also offer non-heated (70-72°) yoga and barre classes in our warm studio as well as online live-streaming of every class daily.

Barre & Fitness: The class selection at Latitude 44 Yoga Studio includes a variety of strength and fitness based movement modalities.  Barre brings in an effective mix of body weight, body resistance, and light free weights to create a full body sculpting class. Core & Fit Fusion classes focus on full-body workouts that leave you feeling empowered and revitalized. You will be guided through a warm-up, engaging core-focused movements, and a total body workout with assistance from free weights, kettle bells, weighted medicine balls and more!

Heal

Yin, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki: We offer a mindfully curated menu of healing modalities. The body and mind deserve to rest and receive. Nourish with expertly guided meditation, sound healing, reiki, yin, or restorative yoga. You will see these options scattered throughout the schedule.

Integrate

Yoga Study, Intensives, Workshops: Love to learn? You're in the right place! Courses are available in a variety of focus areas, ranging from meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, asana/postures, energetics/chakras, psychology, and more!
