THREE WAYS TO MOVE
YogaYoga classes at Latitude 44 Yoga Studio are open to the public. Classes are inviting for both the novice and the consistent yogi. Our knowledgeable (and certified) team of teachers guide sessions that leave you feeling stronger and more relaxed. Classes range in temperature as well as pace and intensity.

BarreBarre (pronounced "bar") provides a fun, yet challenging, total body workout that is easy on the joints. Classes include low-impact body weight movements as well as light free weights (optional) to target small and large muscle groups while toning the whole body. No experience necessary to join!

Strength & CardioStrength and cardio classes (aka. Fit Fusion & Core Fusion) are a fun way to mix it up. In these classes, we get the heart rate up and challenge the muscles beyond the use of strictly body weight - kettle bells, free weights, weighted balls, etc. are incorporated into these classes. Expect a challenge that is tailored to your needs.
