Broccoli Crunch Salad (serves 6)
This Broccoli Crunch Salad is a wonderful addition to a 4th of July party! Filled with flavor, color, crunch, healthy fats and a hint of sweetness with the cranberries, you can't go wrong. You can also omit and add whatever veggies, nuts or seeds your heart desires. Shaved brussel sprouts or kale would make a great addition.
