Agni Pran / Breath of Fire
Breath of Fire is a foundational breath in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Breath of Fire is said to enliven the energy within the body, strengthen the aura, and serve as a 'tune-up' for your system. Breath of Fire is rapid, rhythmic, and perhaps a little "intense" in nature.

- The inhale and the exhale are through the nostrils, both rapid and not extending in to your full breathing depth
- On the exhale, the air is pressed forcefully out of the body by constricting the navel point towards the spine. This begins to feel automatic when the rhythm is established.
- The inhale is passive. Allow the body to draw the air in without effort between presses of the naval point (on the exhale)
- The rest of the body remains still and relaxed. The shoulders to not move nor does the spine sway.
