CHILD CARE → We offer Child Care! You will see time slots for 'Child Care' that will enable you to register your child/ren to reserve their spot in our Little Yogis playroom while you are enjoying an adult class.
BARRE → Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet to tone, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Elements of yoga are also incorporated to reinforce your daily practice. Yoga mats are used (and are available at the studio). This class is heated to 80 degrees.
CANDLELIGHT FLOW → Flow under the glow of candlelight! Candlelight Flow is a flowing hatha class accessible to practitioners with basic yoga experience. Release your week and fuel your inner flame.
IRON-BARRE → Barre class with iron! Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet to tone, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Plan to be utilizing light free weights throughout the class. Yoga mats are used (and are available at the studio). This class is heated to 80 degrees.
IRON-YASA → Iron-Yasa Yoga adds light free weights into our Level 1 Vinyasa Yoga practice. Feel your practice from a different perspective as you approach poses more actively and stabilize deeper through the core. We tone, strengthen, and SWEAT. This class is heated to 90 degrees.
LEVEL 1 VINYASA FLOW → In this intermediate power vinyasa class, we focus on linking breath with movement. Demonstrations and verbal cues are provided as you connect with your innate strength and develop your yoga practice. Mind-body connection and physical growth are both fostered in this class. This class is best for practitioners with basic yoga knowledge. The room will be heated to 90 degrees.
LEVEL 2 POWER YOGA → Recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners, Level 2 provides added challenge to your practice by incorporating (optional) arm balances and/or inversions as we flow. Link breath with movement as you explore cultivating strength from the inside out. We have FUN, we experiment, and we grow. Modifications are offered so you can make it your own practice at your own level. Mind-body connection and physical growth are both fostered in this class. The room will be heated to 90 degrees. Be prepared to sweat!
FROM THE BEGINNING → Because we all need to start somewhere, this class provides the groundwork for your yoga practice. We demonstrate poses, provide verbal cues, and introduce you to common terminology. This class is warm but not heated and is perfect for new yoga enthusiasts that are looking for a starting point! Mind-body connection and physical growth are both fostered in this class.
LITTLE YOGI & ME → Yoga for minis! Moms & Dads, bring your little ones and let's have some fun! Little Yogi & Me classes make for a fun family outing that incorporates fitness, movement, and education for everyone! Imitated but not duplicated, "Little Yogi & Me" is a Latitude 44 Yoga Studio original! This class occurs the second Saturday of each month.
LUNAR MEDITATION → Meditation is the single most powerful stress relieving tool there is. This 30-minute group meditation will help you connect to your heart and cultivate inner peace by exploring various types of meditation. Held in the soothing atmosphere of 91W, each class will begin with a brief introduction that will guide you into the inner quiet of your meditation. Everyone is welcome to attend, no previous experience necessary. Dress comfortably.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE → Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion. Through the use of a tennis ball and/or foam roller, we spend time releasing tension in your body and teach simple techniques to ease pain. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: plantar fasciitis, calf and shin stress, upper back pain from working at a desk, or release of overall tension.
PRENATAL YOGA → Prenatal Yoga is designed to strengthen and support your changing body throughout your pregnancy as well as prepare the mind for the process ahead. Meditation, breath, and movement are utilized to foster the mind-body connection. Your innate wisdom is a powerful thing, come experience your potential all while having fun and meeting other moms-to-be in the area!
Who it's for: Pregnant women in all stages of their pregnancy and with all levels of yoga experience! Your partner is welcome to join as well.
This class is taught by a certified and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). This certification is an additional
85 hour training as approved by the Yoga Alliance.

TWEEN YOGIS → Yoga for children ages 7-12! This class is intended to develop the students' practice and build awareness of ones strength both physically and mentally. This is a slow-flowing class incorporating yoga poses and education.
Tweens are welcome to join class solo as independence begins to develop. Parents are also welcome to join if the child would be more comfortable. This class occurs the second Saturday of each month.
(CANDLELIGHT) YIN → This class focuses on deep stretches of the fascia and connective tissue. Flexibility is NOT a prerequisite. Relaxed postures are held for approximately five minutes each and are key in relieving stress, building joint strength, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and the flow of energy. This is an excellent class for athletes or anyone looking to find deep release.
YIN-YASA → This class offers a wonderful mix of yin and yang, peace and power. We stimulate meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow. The first half of class focuses on strength and movement (Vinyasa Flow or Yang) and the second half of class focuses on deep stretches in fascia (Yin). This is an excellent class for athletes or anyone looking to find deep release. Absolute beginner to advanced levels are welcome!
ADVANCE YOUR ASANA SERIES → Advance Your Asana workshops are for the yogi that has questions and wants to learn! By making subtle adjustments in your practice, you will experience a newfound perspective both on and off your mat. Advance your Asana covers topics such as breathing, alignment, engagement, sensations within the body, and mental awareness. Advance Your Asana is open to absolute beginners.
DESTINATION YOGA SERIES → Make yoga an adventure! Join Latitude 44 Yoga Studio on the road as we travel to local venues ranging from breweries to parks. Keep an eye on our Workshops & Events schedule to stay up to date on where we will be.
KARMA YOGA SERIES → The Karma Yoga Series is for the yogi that wants to give back. Once per month we hold a donation based yoga class. All donations raised benefit the cause or charity for the event that month. Help us give back to our community!
